Imamia Jantri Official news desk. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) CEO Wasim Khan resigned from his post after his powers were alleviated.
Wasim Khan tendered his resignation in a meeting with PCB Chairman Rameez Raja a day prior. According to the sources Board of Governors of the Pakistan Cricket Board will review the situation in today’s meeting.
Wasim Khan was brought to the PCB by former Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board Ehsan Mani in 2019 to run the affairs of the board on a three years contract that is expiring next year.
The resignation of Wasim khan has drawn mixed responses from journalists. Fazal Abbas tweeted that it is sad news and he also requested to chairman PCB that he should not accept his resignation.
