Imamia Jantri Official News Desk:  The Punjab Government recent decision of teaching of Quran as a compulsory subject from I to XII grades is supported by 95 % Pakistanis, 1% Pakistanis did not support the decision of the Government while 4% people did not response on the cause.

The Punjab compulsory teaching of Holy Quran (amendment act) 2021 binds the teaching of the Holy Quran as a separate compulsory subject for Muslim students in all Government and Private institutions across the province .

According to the notice, the PCTB (Punjab compulsory textbook board) in its 83rd board meeting revised the scheme of studies and included the subject of Naazrah Quran in grades I-V as a separate compulsory subject.
