Imamia Jantri official news desk: Contaminated water is distributed in 29 big cities of Pakistan whether Two Districts of Sindh contains 100 % polluted water.
According to research of underground water resources, the distribution of polluted water put the life of millions of people living in these big cities at high risks.
According to Pakistan Council of Research in water resources (PCRWR) the water is dangerously unsafe of 29 big cities of Pakistan. The 62 % water of these big cities is contaminated. The report has been presented earlier in this month underground water contains turbidity, chloride, TDS, and other dangerous chemicals.
Two districts of Sindh, Mirpurkhas and Shaheed Benazir abad contains 100 % contaminated water. While Province Gilgit baltistan also contains 100% polluted water.
According to underground water resources Karachi contains 93%, Multan 94 %,Badin,92%,Sargodha 83%, Bahawalpur 76%,Muzafarabad 70 %,Sukkur 67 %, Quetta 63 %, Faisalabad 59%, Peshawar 58%,,Tandu Allahyar 57 %, Khuzdar, Abbotabad and Shekhupura 55%, gujranwalla 50%, Mardan 45%, Rawalpindi and Islamabad 38 %,, Lahore 31 %, Mangora 20 % while qasur contains only 10% of contaminated water .
